Hi, I’m Kylee!
I created Blue Sky Mind as a space to explore what it truly means to be happy. My journey began with years of grappling with societal pressures—success, beauty, relationships—and trying to find balance in a world that often pushes us toward perfectionism and consumerism. Along the way, I realized happiness isn’t a goal to achieve but a practice to cultivate every day.
From living abroad in Amsterdam, which opened my world view and gave me my first meaningful opportunity for self-growth, to building a career in tech that exposed me to both immense opportunities and burnout, I’ve learned firsthand the importance of finding clarity in the chaos. Today, I’m here to share the tools, stories, and insights that have helped me—and can help you—reclaim your joy.
